Yes. Services are provided by appointment, including weekend availability. Scheduling in advance helps ensure timely service and minimal wait times.


We are open Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with appointments available.


Yes. All testing and personal information are handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy and professional standards.


We offer 5-panel, 10-panel, and 11-panel urine drug screens for employment, DOT, court-ordered, and personal testing needs.


If your test returns a positive result, the next steps depend on the type of test and the purpose of testing:

  • Employment or DOT Testing: Your result is reported according to federal or employer protocols. You may be referred for a confirmatory test or follow your employer’s substance abuse policy.
  • Legal or Court-Ordered Testing: Results are documented and submitted as required for legal proceedings. You may have the option to request a confirmatory test at a certified laboratory.

Yes. We provide DOT-regulated urine drug testing and breath alcohol screening conducted in accordance with Department of Transportation requirements and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA)guidelines.


A DOT medical exam is a physical examination required for commercial drivers to determine medical fitness to operate a commercial motor vehicle. The exam includes vision, hearing, blood pressure checks, and a review of medical history.
